Her own handshake is not dissimilar to Jennifer's in that it's just how it should be. The professionalism inherent in Jennifer's gesture doesn't go unnoticed, and a new curiosity about her companion blooms. She's friendly, seems logical. Interesting.

"That sounds like some positivity to combat the earlier cynicism." It's almost said as a question, but not quite, and it's accompanied by a warm smile. It would be lovely to remain entirely positive but as they've been picking it all apart, the more Chloe wants to unravel things.

"Do you think there's much influence to be had? Though I suppose we can't really tell at this stage. I just get the feeling it may be hard to tell what we can influence and how much may be the illusion of being able to do so."
