Not like this, exactly, but I've found myself in some pretty strange situations before. Been through a couple of multi-universal crises. Dealt with some kind of magic I didn't quite understand. I mean, it's just the kind of stuff that follows you around where I'm from, I guess. And. Y'know. I know a guy. He's got some real interesting stories.
