Kyle does not enjoy the life of an influencer. He does not even approve of the idea of it; of putting your whole life online, of commodifying your personality and turning yourself into a product. He hates it.

He's not shocked that Quentin feels differently, but he IS unpleasantly surprised by how MUCH Quentin throws himself into it.

He wasn't, for example, expecting to wake up in the morning, roll over in their huge shared hotel bed, and come face to face with Quentin talking to thousands of people. He'd actually locked the bathroom door while he showered and brushed his teeth.

He's walking down the hall when he sees his boyfriend. Frowning, Kyle crosses his arms and leans against the wall, waiting for him to go on by.
