His technopathy and experience as a hacker and computer programmer would probably get him in, but given the fact that MUTHER is clearly an AI, she could easily hurt him and throw him from her systems the millisecond she noticed him, so he probably would only be able to gain maybe a single file I think, or steal out some information for more traditional access attempts.
