The way Chloe's eyes light up in a certain way while talking about her daughter says a lot about how close they must be. It sucks... it really sucks to think they've been separated like this, but at least Ellie figures Chloe's kid won't be missing her if what Ellie and Joel experienced can be trusted.

"You call her Monkey? That's pretty stupid cute."

Chloe is a cute Mom; there's something about her Ellie likes, something she can't quite put her finger on, but it's nice.
