Kyle takes a breath through his nose and then hugs Quentin again.
"It's okay. You're right, there was something going on, it affected people's brains. And that many brains? Yeah."
He snugs Quentin tighter. "It's okay. I'm not mad. The phrase 'laid waste' just threw me for a second."
He snorts and pulls back to smile a little. "Of COURSE you took over the luxury menswear, you fucking fashion victim."
