Sephiroth is a little slower--he doesn't usually wear shoes with laces--but he ties them snugly and efficiently. He throws David a wary look for the repeat compliment, but decides not to remark on it.

"...truly an odd use for blades," is what he says instead, once he has them on his feet. That's not where blades typically go.
