Her lips curve up into a smile at the idea of a con man accidentally conning himself into something quite sweet with David.

"Well if it makes you feel any better you're not the only one who is shit at dating and stuff like that."

She gives his hand a final squeeze and then takes hers back, picking back up her coffee and taking a sip.

"Maybe one of these days you and I can get tipsy and I'll tell you all about my long list of shitty ex-boyfriends."
