It is really challenging. People tend to dismiss it as a women's thing, and too artsy, and a lot of really condescending opinions about it, and fail to consider how much strength it takes to, say, lift a woman over your head, supporting their whole weight with one hand while they do an upside-down split, all while balanced on the edge of a knife.
