[ Like most things Anders would flippantly classify as fortunate, no, it really, really is not. ]
I suppose it's possible, but I've never heard of anyone coming into their magic more than a decade or so on.
[ Like, say, he did. And twelve was exceptionally late, already, compared to his peers. ]
Such a late bloomer would have to have exceptional control without even realizing it. Over both their magic and their emotions.
