Hawks recognises that not all heroes are worthy of the title. Some of them are awful. His own problematic fave isn't exactly heroic in how he treats others, but Hawks has stars in his eyes about Endeavor. Either way, they can't all be shining and wonderful like All Might. Hawks doesn't think he himself needs any sort of redemption or reformation, but the powers that be here in this place apparently thought so.

"I guess it's just easy to assume some kinda familiarity," he says with a nod. "But even different Earths sound really alien from each other."

He listens to Sephiroth's cool fact. Speaking to the literal planet? That does sound pretty cool.

"You can talk to the planet? Does it talk back?" It's a dumb question, half-teasing, but he is genuinely interested.
