The islands may have many mystical powers but Sephiroth riding a carousel isn't one that would immediately spring to mind. Good for him. She hopes he enjoyed it.
That aside, it's apparent that said hair isn't its usual length. That could be explained by a cut but there's also the other physical changes, and a different air about him. Hmmm. What might this island be playing at?
