"Yeah. I was Grand Poobah King of the Monsters on Staten Island, then I was cancelled, then I was on a boat, and now I'm here." He shrugs too. This is definitely not the weirdest thing that's ever happened to him.
THAT was his appearance in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but we won't go there. And you shouldn't either.

Bros before Hos...tile islands and all that. But apparently NOT. It's okay though. Now I have my OWN special islands. Plural!"
He narrows his eyes in thought, then places his itty bitty hands on her shoulders. "Laura didn't also come on your boat, did she? That's why you look a little bummed?"
She might not be letting on how disturbed she is, but Wade knows her and can be eerily perceptive at times. She sticks to Laura pretty tight, especially in a situation like this. If she's not with Laura right now, then Laura isn't here.
"You can stick with me, if you want. I'm no Laura but I've got your back." It is such a serious moment with some feels, ruined by his bobblehead body making it extremely weird.
