Gideon smiles at the narrow bone, remembering what Harrow could do with it before she even became a Lyctor. Nothing like dropping bits of bone through the lock to Gideon's cell. "For my necromancer," Gideon says. "Someone has to get those skeletons farmings. She's the one. Also she's so damn good she can take one of these and make a whole lot more out of it. Then you have poky big things. Size of a room if there's reason for it." Yeah, Gideon wants to claim a little credit for how good Harrow is. They pushed each other on their entire lives.
