The instinct to run towards yelling never quite goes away, so Jennifer manages to arrive just in time to see Gabby get bitten quite badly by the Temple Guardian only to instantly heal from it. She slows her roll a little, trying to assess the situation. By the time she could conceivably interfere, the girl and cat have separated, and that leaves a few questions.
